Plea of Not Guilty and Request For Hearing
This form allows a driver to enter a plea of not guilty and appear before the court with any evidence to support claim of innocent.
Plea of Guilty/No Contest and No Request For Hearing
This form allows a driver to enter a plea of guilty/no contest with an explanation to a traffic citation without appearing in court. The judge will make a ruling without the driver being present.
This form allows a driver to explain why they cannot provide the required proof for certain traffic-related charges, such as proof of registration or compliance with Florida Statutes 316.646, 318.14, and 318.18.
