We all enjoy choices, and the Clerk’s office is pleased to offer another new option for ordering certified paper copies of your court documents. Beginning December 23rd, customers can simply order documents directly through our website.
Please note you must become a registered user to access court document types other than Civil, Misdemeanor, Felony and Traffic (excluding Guardianship, Mental Health, Juvenile, and Adoption/Dependency Cases).

- Attorney of Record Users can view the name index, progress docket and un-redacted images on cases in which they appear as the active attorney of record, unless the images have been made confidential by rule or order. The Attorney of Record User role also allows access to non-confidential/sealed name indexes, progress dockets and redacted images for cases in which the attorney is not the active attorney of record.
- Pro Se Users can view the name index, progress docket and un-redacted images on cases in which they appear as pro-se (not represented by an attorney), unless the images have been made confidential by rule or order. The Pro Se user role also allows access to non-confidential/non-seated name indexes, progress dockets and redacted images for cases in which the viewer is not a self-represented litigant (pro se) on the case.
- Registered Users may view non-confidential/sealed name indexes, progress dockets and redacted images for cases.
- Anonymous users may view non-confidential/sealed name indexes, progress dockets and redacted images for cases except Family Law, Probate and Juvenile cases.
Need a quick copy for informational purposes? Feel free to print one directly from your home printer. If you’re in urgent need of a certified copy, e-certified copies are accepted for many uses and can be easily ordered on our website, with the added benefit of being quick to download and available within minutes.
In some cases, only a paper-certified copy will do, but visiting one of our offices may not be convenient. In the past, customers would mail a written request, payment, and a self-addressed stamped envelope to the main office, where a clerk would print, certify, and mail the requested copy. You can still choose that option or use the Public Portal to add the document to your cart and create an account if you haven’t already. The cost is the same as purchasing in-office, and postage fees are automatically calculated for your convenience. It’s an easy, cost-effective solution, and you’ll receive your certified hard copy in about half the time previously required.
We hope you find this new service helpful for your certified copy needs. For more details, answers to any questions, or to place an order, please visit collierclerk.com.
