Purchased copies do not contain a watermark but may contain redactions in accordance with law.

Registering For an Account

Users must register for an account in order to access court document types other than Civil, Misdemeanor, Felony and Traffic (excluding Guardianship, Mental Health, Juvenile, and Adoption/Dependency Cases), registration is free.

How to Purchase

1. Log-In if registered with a ShowCase Account (Please Note: cart will be cleared after every individual login with a registered account).
2. Search for documents (Click the “Case Search” button at the top of the page to open the search window. You may browse case documents after locating the corresponding case.) and add them to your cart.
3. Go to your cart, click on the checkout button in the right hand corner and continue to payment screen.
4. Download your receipt and electronic copies from the email address given upon checkout.

IMPORTANT: Some government agencies, such as the Social Security Administration, may not accept electronically certified copies, postage fees are automatically calculated for your convenience.
