eFiling can be performed via the Florida Courts eFiling Portal (Portal). Attorney’s registered with the Florida Bar, judges, and Pro Se litigants (parties representing themselves) must register in order to eFile documents.

There is no cost to register for an e-Filing account. However, statutory filing fees will apply for new case and document filings.
