I would like to thank my staff for all their hard work in putting this together and ensuring that our financial reports meet the criteria for excellence.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">The award represents a significant achievement by the Collier County Clerk and Comptroller&#8217;s Office and is a testament to their commitment to transparency and accountability. It reflects the governing body and staff&#8217;s dedication to meeting the highest principles of governmental financial reports. It is the official report of County financial statements in compliance with the Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB) requirements.
