While particularly valuable for those who cannot afford an attorney, the center is open to everyone seeking support for non-criminal legal matters.<\/p>\n<p>The Self-Help Center provides public computers and access to court-approved forms for a variety of legal concerns, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Small Claims<\/li>\n<li>Family Law matters<\/li>\n<li>Civil Injunctions for Protection<\/li>\n<li>Paternity<\/li>\n<li>Dissolution of Marriage<\/li>\n<li>Name Changes<\/li>\n<li>Landlord\/Tenant Disputes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>What You Should Know:<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Please note that the Self-Help Center does not assist with criminal or traffic cases. Additionally, while a knowledgeable Deputy Clerk is on-site to help, they cannot offer legal advice.<\/li>\n<li><strong>When and Where:<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>The Self-Help Center is located at the Collier County Courthouse and is open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This innovative program furthers the Clerk\u2019s commitment to improving access to justice and ensuring that every resident has the tools needed to navigate the court system with confidence.
