We are inviting property sellers, buyers, and renters to register for the last \u201cAvoid the Six Biggest Costly Mistakes: Real Estate Laws Have Changed\u201d Real Estate Lunch and Learn seminar. The seminar is organized by the York Team of Downing Frye Realty, Inc. and will be held on Wednesday, March 19, 2025, at the Courthouse Annex Multi-Purpose Room from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM. The first session was successfully held on January 17 and the second on February 19, with participants actively engaged and equipped with the right information and expectations for the real estate industry this year. In this Lunch and Learn event, five expert panelists will share their insights about local real estate trends and predictions for 2025, prevention of property scams, property insurance, changes in real estate laws, and mortgage rate trends. In this interactive discussion, attendees will gain valuable information to help them sell, buy, or rent a home in 2025. This is not a sales or promotional event; it is intended to provide attendees with insights into Collier County and State of Florida homeowner information.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
