Each year, the FCCC Best Practices Committee chooses different categories for recognition and establishes standard guidelines for the program. In the 2023-2024 Best Practices Excellence Program, our office was recognized in eight categories, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Appeals<\/li>\n<li>Civil Contraband Forfeiture<\/li>\n<li>Court Record Retention and Destruction<\/li>\n<li>Department of Revenue Parenting Plan Fee Waivers<\/li>\n<li>Marriage License<\/li>\n<li>Public Records Requests<\/li>\n<li>Risk Protection Orders<\/li>\n<li>Vexation Litigants<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Among the 68 Florida Clerks and Comptrollers, a total of 58 offices participated in the program.
