The first seminar of 2024 will be on Thursday, January 25, at the Collier County Heritage Bay Satellite Meeting Room, located at 15450 Collier Boulevard, from 2:00 PM- 4:00 PM. The 2<sup>nd<\/sup> opportunity will be on Friday, February 16, 2024, at the Clerk\u2019s Multipurpose Room at the Courthouse Annex on the main County Campus at 3315 Tamiami Trail from 2:00 PM-4:00 PM.<\/p>\n<p>I will be joining Real Estate Agent James D. York, Attorney at Law Donald Ross Jr., Owner of Agent Insurance Company Chris Mitchell, Mortgage Lender Robert Slaughter and Attorney at Law Amber R. Mondock. These experts will provide valuable insights to help you navigate real estate with confidence. The seminar will cover various interesting and relevant topics such as Record Home Prices, Interest rates, Homeowner\u2019s Insurance, Wills and Trusts Across States.\u00a0 We also hope to answer many of your questions regarding these areas. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>This is a free, educational seminar open for all residential homeowners as well as those considering buying or selling a home in Collier County. This is <strong><u>NOT<\/u><\/strong> a sales presentation event; it is informational to assist residents or potential residents in safeguarding their homes. RSVP is required.
