A panel of independent reviewers completed the examination of the report following a set of requirements. The award program evaluates the information presented, reader appeal, understandability, distribution, as well as, creativity, and usefulness of the reports.<\/p>\n<p>This was the <strong>first year<\/strong> that our office\u2019s PAFR was submitted to the award program and first time-recipients of the award receive a plaque to commemorate the achievement. The PAFR award is <strong>valid for one year.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It has been my goal to offer this condensed version of the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report to our citizens. I am pleased that the report won the award on its first submission to the PAFR Program and I would like to thank both Clerk and County staff for their efforts in achieving this result.<\/p>\n<p>We are submitting our 2022 report.
