Previously, this process required individuals to apply for a permit, drive to a different building, record the NOC, and return it to the building department.<\/p>\n<p>As one of Clerk Kinzel\u2019s goals to make processes more efficient and provide greater access to government services for the general public and contractors, we have coordinated with the Growth Management Division to make this process more efficient. We now have two full-time Recording Clerks co-located with the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.colliercountyfl.gov\/government\/growth-management\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Growth Management<\/a><\/strong> team at the <strong>North Horseshoe Drive<\/strong> and <strong>Heritage Bay Satellite Offices<\/strong>. Effectively, you have a one-stop shop to record your NOC more efficiently.<\/p>\n<p>With thousands of residents trying to restore their homes, it is important that we all do our part to improve efficiency.<\/p>\n<p>The Clerk\u2019s office is also working on an upgrade to our recording software, which will allow us to process submittals and NOCs online through our website.
