Please see the 2 snips below from examples of Subscriber Emails going out from the Collier Legal Notices website at the time of notice publications going live. The need for Publication Confirmations has expanded with more specific delivery procedures being added depending on the notice Category. These changes are causing the process to be more cumbersome for our team. We are looking for a more automated and less labor-intensive process for delivery of Publication Confirmations. We see the Subscriber Email notifications as a possible way to deliver Publication Confirmations automatically. Before we could consider this further,we have a couple of inquiries to make regarding these emails: 1. We would need to make some potential updates and additions to the verbiage of the email. Any specific updates could/should be discussed for consideration. Ultimately,we would like to see the text of the email look very similar to the Publication Confirmation cover page that we are using. 2. We would like to see an attachment of the notice pdf(when available) be added to the email. With some discussion on this with the County Attorney's staff,the link to the notice in the email is not sufficient for Publication Confirmation consideration by them. However,they have indicated that the notice pdf being attached to a time stamped email notification of publication would potentially make the process acceptable. For the Tax Deed example below,there would not be a pdf available for attachment to that email. We could add verbiage to the email text to state that in the case of Tax Deed notices,the link would need to be utilized to see the actual notice. The Tax Deed team does not have need for Publication Confirmations as they wait for delivery of the Affidavit of Publication for their processing. Please advise on the feasibility and potential cost of this related to the 2 inquires above. Thank you.
