Notice of Hybrid Remote Public Meeting
Collier County Hearing Examiner

1:00 p.m.
Notice is hereby given that the Collier County Hearing Examiner will meet on Thursday, April 9, at 1:00 p.m.
This Hybrid Remote meeting will be held in Conference Room 609/610 of the Growth Management Community
Development Department building, 2800 N. Horseshoe Drive, Naples, Florida. The public may attend either remotely
or in person.
The agenda will be available on the Collier County Government website at https://colliercofl.portal.civicclerk.com/

The deadline to register is 12:00 p.m. on April 9. Individuals who register will receive an email in advance of the
meeting detailing how they can participate.
Remote participation is provided as a courtesy and is at the user’s risk. The County is not responsible for technical issues.
About the public meeting:
All interested parties are invited to attend and register to speak. All registered public speakers will be limited to five
minutes unless changed by the Hearing Examiner.
Collier County Ordinance No. 2004-05 requires that all lobbyists, before engaging in any lobbying activities
(including, but not limited to, addressing the Board of County Commissioners, an advisory board, or quasi-judicial
board), register with the Clerk to the Board at the Board Minutes and Records Department.
Anyone who requires auxiliary aid or service for effective communication or other reasonable accommodations to
participate in this proceeding should contact the Collier County Facilities Management Division, located at 3335
Tamiami Trail E., Suite 101, Naples, Florida 34112, or (239) 252-8380, as soon as possible, but no later than 48 hours
before the scheduled event. Such reasonable accommodation will be provided at no cost to the individual.
