THIRD AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT#18-7343-WV
FOR COURT REPORTING
THIS AMENDMENT made and entered into effective iiwci 2'( , 2026, by and
between U.S.LEGAL SUPPORT,INC.,a Texas corporation registered to do business in Florida,
(the "Vendor") and Collier County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, (the "County")
collectively the "Parties.":
WHEREAS, on May 8, 2018, (Agenda Item 16.K.1), the County entered into an
Agreement with Vendor to provide court reporting services for Collier County and the County
Attorney; and
WHEREAS, on May 25, 2021, (Agenda Item 16.K.6), the Board approved the First
Amendment to Agreement to adjust the rates during the two renewal terms; and
WHEREAS, on May 8, 2023, the Board approved the Second Amendment to
Agreement to extend the Agreement an additional three-year term and to adjust the rates during
the extended term; and
WHEREAS, the Parties desire to further amend the Agreement to extend the term of
the Agreement for an additional five (5) years and revise Exhibit B Fee Schedule to recognize
price adjustments during this additional period.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants herein
contained, it is agreed by the Parties as follows:
1. The term of the Agreement is extended an additional five (5) years.
2. Exhibit B Fee Schedule to the Agreement is hereby removed in its entirety and
replaced with Exhibit B Fee Schedule attached hereto and made a part hereof.
3. Except as amended herein, all other terms and conditions of the Agreement, which
is incorporated herein by reference, shall remain unchanged.

Pricing shall be inclusive of all costs and shall be full compensation for all services, labor,
tools, equipment, local travel (within Lee and Collier County) and any other items required for
project completion and/or completion of services.
Travel expenses outside of Lee and Collier County shall be reimbursed as per Section 112.061
Fla. Stats. Fees for other services may be listed by firms in addition to the categories below.
