Resolution 2026-41 RESOLUTION NO. 2026 - 41 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY,FLORIDA,APPOINTING TAMARA GUBALA TO THE GOLDEN GATE BEAUTIFICATION ADVISORY COMMITTEE. WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 87-78 created the Golden Gate Beautification Advisory Committee which advises the Board of County Commissioners (Board) on matters pertaining to the Golden Gate Beautification Municipal Service Taxing Unit(MSTU); and WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 87-78, as amended, provides that this Advisory Committee shall consist of 5 members who represent the voting precincts within the MSTU; and WHEREAS,there are two vacant seats on this Advisory Committee; and WHEREAS, the Board previously provided public notice soliciting applications from interested parties; and WHEREAS,the Advisory Committee has provided the Board with its recommendation for appointment. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA,that TAMARA GUBALA,resident of Precinct 324,is hereby appointed to the Golden Gate Beautification Advisory Committee,to serve the remainder of a vacant term expiring on October 6, 2027.
