the designation of the property from Estates-Mixed Use District, Residential Estates Subdistrict to
Estates-Mixed Use District, Orangetree Bible Subdistrict to allow a conditional use for a church up
to 12,000 square feet. The subject property consists of 4.20± acres and is located at the northwest
corner of Shady Hollow Boulevard East and Immokalee Road in Section 10, Township 48 South,
Range 27 East, Collier County,Florida; furthermore, directing transmittal of the adopted amendment
to the Florida Department of Commerce; providing for severability and providing for an effective
