should be provided to the County Attorney Office at the time the item is uploaded to the
agenda. Some documents are time sensitive and require forwarding to Tallahassee within a
certain time frame or the BCC's actions are nullified. Be aware of your deadlines!

RESOLUTION NO. 2026 - 07,
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
COLLIER COUNTY., FLORIDA, REAPPOINTING ERIC KELLY TO THE
PARKS AND RECREATION ADVISORY BOARD.
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 93-8.1 established the Parks and Recreation
Advisory Board to advise the Board of County Commissioners on matters pertaining to, the
acquisition, development and programs involving County park facilities; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance 93-81, as subsequently amended, provides that this, Advisory
Board shall be composed of seven members, consisting of one member from the Immokalee
Community Park District and six members from the Naples and Urban Area Community Park
District; and
WHEREAS, there are three vacant seats on this Advisory Board; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice
soliciting applications from interested parties; and
WHEREAS,the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board have provided the Board of County
Commissioners with their recommendation for reappointment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that ERIC KELLY, representing the
Naples and Urban Area Community Park District, is hereby reappointed to his seat, to a four-year
term expiring on December 31, 2029.
THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED upon majority vote on the 13th day of January 2026.
