Resolution 2013-079 RESOLUTION NO. 2013— 7 9 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, DECLARING VACANCIES ON THE PELICAN BAY SERVICES DIVISION BOARD. WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 2002-27, created the Pelican Bay Municipal Service Taxing and Benefit Unit (Unit) and established the Pelican Bay Municipal Service Taxing and Benefit Unit Advisory Committee (known as the Pelican Bay Services Division Board); and WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 2002-27, as amended, provides that the that the Pelican Bay Services Division Board shall consist of nine members representing the residential interests within the Unit and two members representing the commercial and business interests within the Unit; and WHEREAS, there is currently one vacancy for a residential interest representative and one vacancy for a commercial and business interests representative on the Pelican Bay Services Division Board. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the above-referenced seats reserved for a residential interest representative and a commercial and business interests representative are hereby declared to be vacant on the Pelican Bay Services Division Board.
