DECLARATION OF EASEMENT

Tamiami Trail, Naples, Florida 34112, hereinafter referred to as "Declarant."
Declarant is the owner of certain real property situated in Collier County, Florida, more fully
described as follows, hereinafter referred to as the "Property."
The South 25 feet of the North 75 feet of Tract 51, less the East 30 feet thereof, Golden
Gate Estates, Unit No. 9, as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 99 of the Public Records of
Collier County, Florida,
The South 25 feet of the North 75 feet of the West 180 feet of Tract 52, Golden Gate
Estates, Unit No. 9, as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 99, of the Public Records of Collier
County, Florida,
The South 25 feet of the North 75 feet of the West 75 feet of Tract 53, Golden Gate Estates,
Unit No. 9, as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 99, of the Public Records of Collier County,
Florida,
The South 25 feet of the North 75 feet of the East 75 feet of the West 150 feet of Tract 53,
Golden Gate Estates, Unit No. 9, as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 99, of the Public
Records of Collier County, Florida
Declarant hereby declares that the Property is and shall be held, transferred, sold,
conveyed, used and occupied in accordance with and subject to a non-exclusive easement and
privilege to enter upon, construct and maintain road right-of-way, drainage, sidewalk and utility
facilities on the Property as contained in this Declaration, hereinafter referred to as the
"Easement."
The Easement, as set forth in this Declaration, shall bind, and the benefits thereof shall
inure to Declarant and its representatives, agents, successors and assigns.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Declarant has caused these presents to be executed the date
and year first above written.
