Commissioners to consider the repeal of the current
Newsrack Ordinance Number 86-85 in favor of the proposed
ordinance which addresses the public concerns regarding
the visual impacts and the health and safety aspects of
newsracks in public rights-of-way. (Continued from the
meeting of 10/7/92).
Recommendation to consider amendments to the following
Impact Fee Ordinances: Parks and Recreational Facilities,
Library Facilities, Emergency Medical Services Facilities
and Roads. (Continued from the meeting of 10/7/92).
Amendment of the Adequate Public Facilities Ordinance No.
90-24, Subsection 8.3.4.1 .relative to application fees
for Certificates of Public Facility Adequacy. (Continued
