A RESOLUTION BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, COLLIER
COUNTY FLORIDA, APPROVING THE RECEIPT OF $112,647 IN ADDITIONAL
FUNDING FROM THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR
LOCAL AGENCY AGREEMENT # 49902-1 TO OFFSET CONSTRUCTION
ENGINEERING INSPECTIONS COSTS ON THE NAPLES MANOR SIDEWALK
PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the State of Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is offering $112,647 in
additional funding to offset construction engineering inspection ("CEI") costs on Local Agency
Agreement("LAP")#49902-1 involving the Naples Manor Sidewalk project; and
WHEREAS, FDOT has revised Exhibit `B," Schedule of Funding, to LAP # 49902-1 to include
$112,647 for phase 68, CEI services; and
WHEREAS, the Collier County Board of Commissioners fords that it is in the public interest and
benefits the citizens of Collier County to accept FDOT's offer of additional funding and the revised
Schedule of Funding identified as Exhibit`B"to LAP#49902-1.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
1. The Board approves and accepts FDOT's offer of additional funding in the amount of$112,647 on
LAP # 429902-1 for the Naples Manor sidewalk project and the revised Schedule of Funding
identified as"B"to the agreement, which memorializes the additional funding offered by FDOT.
2. The Collier County Clerk shall forward a certified copy of this executed Resolution to FDOT.
3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED after motion, second, and majority vote favoring same, this
13th day of November, 2012.
