COLLIER COUNTY
Discussion with representatives from the Department of
Community Affairs on affordable housing and the
Comprehensive Plan.
B. City/County cooperative affordable housing agreement.
Recommendation that the Board of County Commissioners
review the current City/County beach parking agreement
and direct staff to negotiate another agreement.
Report to the Collier County Board of Commissioners and
the Naples City Council on the status of compliance
agreement negotiations with the Department of Community
Affairs relative to a finding of not in compliance for
adopted comprehensive plan amendments deleting drainage
capital improvement projects from the Collier County
capital Improvement Element, DOAH Case No. #93-5728 GM.
