ADDENDUM TO AGREEMENT
THIS ADDENDUM is entered into this /5'day of d� > •
2012, by and between GINNIE EVANS POOVEY KANIA, THE HEIR OF CAROL
EVANS TRIPLETT ESTATE, Owner, and COLLIER COUNTY, a political
subdivision of the State of Florida, County. County and Owner entered into that
certain Donation Agreement dated effective as of January 24, 2012 (the
"Agreement"). Subsequent to entering into the Agreement and pursuant to
paragraph 4 of the Agreement, County and Owner wish to append the Agreement
with the following additional terms and conditions:
1. The time for Closing of the transaction shall be extended for an
additional period of one hundred twenty (120) days, up to and including February 18,
2013.
Except as expressly provided herein, the Agreement between the County and
the Owner remains in full force and effect according to the terms and conditions
contained therein, and said terms and conditions are applicable hereto except as
expressly provided otherwise herein. .
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the County and the Owner have hereto executed
this Addendum the day and year first above written.
