Resolution 2012-198 RESOLUTION NO. 2012 - 198
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, REAPPOINTING PATRICK WHITE TO
THE CONTRACTORS' LICENSING BOARD.
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 90-105, as amended, established the
Contractors' Licensing Board and provides that the Board shall be composed of nine (9)
members appointed by the Board of County Commissioners with three (3) consumer
representatives and a minimum of two (2) members residing within the corporate city limits of
the City of Naples and/or the City of Marco Island, or recommended to the Board of County
Commissioners by the Naples City Council and/or the City Council of the City of Marco Island;
and
WHEREAS, there is currently a vacancy on this Board in the category consumer
representative - City of Naples resident; and
WHEREAS; on October 3, 2012, the Naples City Council recommended Patrick White
for reappointment to the Collier County Contractors' Licensing Board as a consumer
representative—City of Naples resident for a three-year term.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that PATRICK WHITE, representing
the category of consumer representative — City of Naples resident, is hereby reappointed to the
Contractors' Licensing Board for a three-year term, said term to expire October 20, 2015.
THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED after motion, second and majority vote on this the 23rd
day of October, 2012.
