Ordinance to manage and conserve the native habitats and
species in Collier County, providing preservation
requirements, development review procedures, and setting
forth allowable activit~es within preservation areas.

Adoption of A~endments to the Co~lier County Land
Development Code by correcting legal def~ciencies,
addressing an amendment relating to permitted uses ~n the
industrial zoning district, ~ncorporating the Habitat
Protection Ordinance, to the extent the Habitat
Protection Ordinance ~s. adopted by the Board, and
incorporating environmental land development raqula~ons~
mandated by the GroUch Management Plan and recommended in
the Coastal Zone 'Hanagemen~ Plan-1991. (Continued ~o
