Resolution waiving overdue Solid Waste collection assessments
less than $5.00 for the 1991 service year, also authorizes the
Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners to execute and
the Clerk of Courts to record all of 1991 Satisfaction of
Liens, also grants authorization to waive interest charges in
cases where Solid Waste customers requested an invoice and no
invoice was sent or where current landowners have not received
prior notice of the overdue obligation.
