A RESOLUTION VACATING ALL TWENTY (20) FOOT ALLEYWAYS LOCATED IN
BLOCKS F & 0, IMMOKALEE, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 60 OF
THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, ALSO, THAT EASTERLY
228.39 FEET OF PINE STREET, BOUND ON THE NORTH BY BLOCK 0 AND THE
SOUTH BY BLOCK F OF SAID SUBDIVISION AND THAT PORTION OF RAILROAD
.STREET LOCATED DIRECTLY EAST OF BLOCKS F AND 0, BOUND ON THE NORTH
BY OAK STREET AND ON THE SOUTH BY HIGHWAY 29
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County,
Florida, under the authority granted in Chapters 330.09 and 336.10
Florida Statutes, and upon their motion have considered the vacation
of a portion of a road or alley hereinafter described, and
WHEREAS, notice of public hearing to consider such vacation
was published according to the statutes in such cases made and
provided, and such public hearing was held on this date by this
Board, and
WHEREAS, it appears to be in the public interest that such
portion of street or alley be vacated, closed or abandoned,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following described
portion of a street or alley be and the same is hereby vacated and
abandoned as a public right -of -way:
all twenty (20) foot alleyways located in Blocks F
and G, Immokalee, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page x
60 of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida,
also, that Easterly 228.39 feet of Pine Street, bound
on the North by Block 0 and the South by Block F of o his
said subdivision and that portion of Railroad Street L+ e�
located directly East of Blocks F and 0, bound on the o
North by Oak Street and on the South by Highway 29. ?d

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk to the Board is hereby
directed to have notice of the adoption of this Resolution advertised
one time within 30 days of this date, and this Resolution and proof
of publication of notice of adoption of resolution hereof be recorded
in the Official Records of Collier County, with notation to be entered
upon the plat if same be within a recorded plat.
COMMISSIONER pis o,- offered the foregoing Resolution
and moved its adoption, seconded by COMMISSIONER Archer
and upon roll call the vote was
AYES: Commissioners Pistor, Archer, Wimer, Brown and Wenzel
NAYS; None
