Resolution 2012-157 RESOLUTION NO. 2012 - 157
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, APPOINTING WILLIAMS COMBS
AND BARBRA C. PINX TO THE COLLIER COUNTY ATV PARK AD
HOC COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, on June 12, 2012, the Board of County Commissioners (Board), via
Resolution No. 2012-110, established the Collier County ATV Park Ad Hoc Committee to assist
the Board in identifying lands appropriate and suitable for an ATV Park; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 2012-110 states that the committee shall consist of seven
regular and two alternate members and, to the extent possible, be comprised of community
members who are ATV riders and who have demonstrated a substantial interest in working with
Collier County staff to determine a potential site for the ATV Park; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 2012-110 also provides that Collier County staff who are
interested in ATV issues may serve on this Committee; and
WHEREAS, there are currently vacancies on this Committee; and
WHEREAS, Collier County staff has provided the Board with its recommendations for
appointment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that WILLIAMS COMBS and
BARBRA C. PINX are hereby appointed to the Collier County ATV Park Ad Hoc Committee as
regular members to serve terms expiring on June 12, 2013.
THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED after motion, second and majority vote on this the 11th
day of September, 2012.
