Naples HMA Consent of BeneficiaryCONSENT OF BENEFICIARY
The undersigned, WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as collateral
agent (in such capacity, `Beneficiary "), is the holder of that certain Mortgage, Security
Agreement, Assignment of Leases and Rents, and Fixture Filing by and between Naples HMA,
LLC, a Florida limited liability company, successor in interest to Naples HMA, Inc., a Florida
corporation, and Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Collateral Agent, dated December
8, 2011 and recorded December 16, 2011 at O.R. Book 4747, Page 785, et seq., in the Public
Records of Collier County, Florida (the "Mortgage "). As the holder of the Mortgage,
Beneficiary hereby consents to the within and foregoing Access Easement and Donation
Agreement (collectively, the "Easement ") and hereby agrees that the foreclosure or other
exercise of remedies under the Mortgage shall not terminate or otherwise extinguish the
easements created and granted pursuant to the Easement which shall continue in full force and
effect.
