A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, APPOINTING FREDERICK G.
ROGERS TO THE RADIO ROAD BEAUTIFICATION ADVISORY
COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 97 -52 established the Radio Road
Beautification Advisory Committee to assist the Board of County Commissioners in carrying out
the purposes of the Radio Road Beautification Municipal Service Taxing Unit (MSTU); and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 97 -52 provides that this Advisory Committee shall be
composed of five members who generally represent the area within the MSTU; and
and
WHEREAS, there is currently one vacant, unexpired term on this Advisory Committee;
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice
soliciting applications from interested parties; and
WHEREAS, the Radio Road Beautification Advisory Committee has provided the Board
of County Commissioners with its recommendations for appointment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that FREDERICK G. ROGERS is
hereby appointed to the Radio Road Beautification Advisory Committee to fulfill the unexpired
term, said term to expire on March 3, 2016.
THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED after motion, second and majority vote on this the 24th
day of July, 2012.
