As requested the following work order request proposal is being submitted for your review and approval.
McGee&Associates agrees to provide the services as discussed and listed in the attached"Scope of
Services"per your work order request.Lump sum costs for the listed services is to be billed as time and
materials per Contract#98-2777 Schedule A, Consultants Hourly Rate Schedule as follows:
General Scope of Services
1. Services During Construction.
a. Perform periodic site observations to observe the Contractor's progress
and general compliance with the plans and specifications.
b. Perform substantial completion and final completion observations and
administrative services to close out project.
