LET iT BE REMEMBERED, that the Board of County Commissioners in
and for the County of Collier, and also acting as the Board of Zoning
Appeals and as the governing board(s) of such special districts as
have been created according to law and having conducted business
herein, met on this date at 1:30 P.M. in SPECIAL SESSION in Building
"F" of the Government Complex, East Naples, Florida, with the
following members present:
CHAIRMAN: Timothy J. Constantine

John C. Norris
Michael J. Volpe
Burr L. Saunders
ALSO PRESENT: Ellie Hoffman, Deputy Clerk; Nell Dotrill, County
Manager; and Heidi Ashton, Assistant County Attorney.

M~MORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE JTPA PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR AND
THE PUBLIC OR NON-PROFIT EMPLOYER - APPROVED
*** Coaissioner Matthews not present, as reflected by 4/0 vote ***
Commissioner Constantine announced that the purpose of this
meeting is to approve a single item with regard to the JTPA Program.
He explained that youngsters will be working at the Government Complex
during the summer months and earning credits for doing same. He noted
that JTPA will be paying for these services.
Co~missioner Norris moved, seconded by Coutssioner Volpe and
carried 4/0 (Couissioner Matthews absent), to approve the Memorandu~
of Understanding between the JTPA Progra~ Ad~inistrator and the Public
or Non-Profit Employer.

There being no further business for the Good of the County, the
