A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, REAPPOINTING THOMAS X. LYKOS,
TERRY P. JERULLE, AND RICHARD E. JOSLIN TO THE
CONTRACTORS' LICENSING BOARD.
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 90 -105, as amended, established the
Contractors' Licensing Board and provides that the Board shall be composed of nine (9)
members appointed by the Board of County Commissioners with three (3) consumer
representatives and a minimum of two (2) members residing within the corporate city limits of
the City of Naples and/or the City of Marco Island, or recommended to the Board of County
Commissioners by the Naples City Council and/or the City Council of the City of Marco Island;
and
WHEREAS, there are currently three vacancies on this Board; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice
soliciting applications from interested parties; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that THOMAS X. LYKOS, a general
contractor, TERRY P. JERULLE, a general contractor, and RICHARD E. JOSLIN, a
commercial pool /spa contractor, are hereby reappointed to the Contractors' Licensing Board for
three -year terms, said terms to expire on June 30, 2015.
THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED after motion, second and majority vote on this the
22nd day of May, 2012.
