THIS IS NOT HOMESTEAD PROPERTY This Temporary Construction Easement is granted for the express purpose of providing Grantee temporary access to Grantor's lands for the purpose of excavating, placing, operating, and removing material and equipment during the construction, installation and improvements to public utility wastewater infrastructure on lands described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto. This Easement shall expire upon completion of the improvements. Grantee shall restore the surface of the Temporary Construction Easement area after construction activities have been completed. Grantee has confirmed the ownership of the lands underlying the easement granted herein, and Grantor and all its related entities make absolutely no representations with regard to same. Grantee agrees, subject to the limitations set forth in Section 768.28, Florida Statutes, to indemnify and hold harmless Grantor and all its related entities from any claims whatsoever arising from the execution of this easement.
