A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A SCHEDULE OF
PARKING FEES AT THE CLAM PASS PARK,
er: TIGERTAIL BEACH, AND VANDERBILT BEACH
COUNTY PARKING FACILITIES.
4 ': WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously
a opted Resolution No. 88-246, establishing a County policy to

maximize utilization of user fees and/or concession revenues to

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has
provided
for and approved the operation of the County's public parking
facilities at or near locations known as Clam Pass Park,

Tigertail Beach, and Vanderbilt Beach in Coll'
" ' Collier County, •

(�. WHEREAS, Collier County does incur certain costs and
e eases in providing such parking facilities and parking
{ s ices for the public users thereof.
. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
6;;: : CO ISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that

; :, The following fee schedule is hereby approved for and
,., re ired of all users of the County-provided parking facilities
;s f at Clam Pass Park, Tigertail Beach, and Vanderbilt Beach:
'+ (A) Enclosed Lot Parking: $1.00 per vehicle per day
' (B) Yearly Parking Permit:
g $30.00 per vehicle per year.
''' A permitted vehicle may be
y parked in the enclosed lot
,' or in an on-street parking space, but such permit is
not intended to guarantee and does not guarantee the
ry permit holder a parking space at any location. All
parking at County facilities shall be on a first
come, first served basis.
' (C) Metered Parking: $.25 per vehicle per hour
`f BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT:
This Resolution supersedes Resolution No. 88-246 in its
en rety.
