A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, REAPPOINTING GEORGE C.
MOHLKE, JR., GARY D. LIND, AND SUZANNE BRADACH, AND
APPOINTING ROBERT WHITAKER TO THE HOUSING FINANCE
AUTHORITY OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 80 -66 established the Housing Finance
Authority of Collier County, Florida (Authority) pursuant to Chapter 159, Part IV, Florida
Statutes; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 80 -66 provides that the Authority shall be composed of five
members with not less than three of the members knowledgeable in the fields of labor, finance or
commerce; and
WHEREAS, there are currently four vacancies on the Authority; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice
soliciting applications from interested parties; and
WHEREAS, the Housing Finance Authority of Collier County, Florida, has provided the
Board of County Commissioners with its recommendations for appointment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the appointments to the Housing
Finance Authority of Collier County are as follows:
1. GEORGE C. MOHLKE, JR., representing the category of labor and commerce, to
serve a four -year term, said term to expire on September 11, 2015.
2. GARY D. LIND, representing the category of finance, to serve a four -year term,
said term to expire on July 24, 2015.
3. SUZANNE BRADACH, representing the category of finance, to serve a four -year
term, said term to expire on September 11, 2015.
4. ROBERT WHITAKER, representing the category of finance and health
management, to serve a four -year term, said term to expire on September 11,
2015.
