Resolution 1979-166 050 October 30, 1979 • • BOOK 050 PACE 14 R E S O L U T I O N 79-166 RELATTNG TO PETITION NO. PU-79-14C FOR PROVISIONAL USE OF PROPERTY HERE- INAFTER DESCRIBED IN COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA. WHEREAS, the Legislature of the State of Florida in • Chapter 125 and 163, Florida Statutes, has conferred on all counties in Florida the power to establish, coordinate and enforce zoning and such business regulations as are necessary , . , for the protection of the public; and WHEREAS, the County pursuant thereto has adopted a Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance establishing regulations for the zoning of particular geographic divisions of the County, among which is the granting of provisional- uses; and WHEREAS, the Coastal Area Planning Commis:-ion, being the duly appointed and constituted planning board for the area hereby affected, has held a public hearing after notice as in said regulations made and provided, and has considered the ad- visability of Provisional Use 7 in a zone for the property hereinafter described, and has found as a matter ( of fact that satisfactory provision and arrangement has been made concerning all applicable matter§ required .by said regula- EI tions and in accordance with Section 14-].D-of the Zoning R-gu- lations for the Coastal Area Planning District; and WHEREAS, all interested parties have been given opportunity to be heard by this Board in public meeting assembled and the Board having considered all matters ',resented. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, that the petition of • Jean M. Approved public well and public water system is required. 2. Solid buffer along driveway and playground. • 3. Detailed site drainage plan be submitted to and approved by the County Engineer prior to the issuance of building permit. 4. Driveway width at ROW will be a minimum of 24 feet wide with a 15 foot radius. I • 5. Traffic flow on site plan should be reversed to a counter- clockwise direction. 6. Driveway behind parking area should be at least 16 feet . . • wide behind parking spaces. 7. Parking spaces must be 10' x 20' . • 8. Six foot high solid Wood fence around the playground area. 9. All signs must be approved by the Zoning Director. 10. Limit the center to 15 children and hours of operation from 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. 11. No outside speakers.
