RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF A FIFTEEN FOOT DRAINAGE
EASEMENT AND A TEN FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT, NAPLES
MANOR LAKES SUBDIVISION, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3. PAGES
86 AND 87
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Copier County, Florida, .
pursuant to petitioners' request and under the authority of Florida Statutes
177.01, have this day held a public hearing to consider vacating a recorded
plat more fully described below, and
• ' WHEREAS, notice of said public hearing was given as required by law, and
WHEREAS the granting of the requested vacation will not adversely affect
. the ownership or right of convenient access of other property owners,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following described plat be and is
hereby vacated:
A portion of a fifteen foot drainage easement shown on the plat of Naples •
Manor Lakes as recorded in Plat Book 3, Pages 86 and 87, Public Records .
- . of Collier County, Florida, described as follows: From the POINT OF •
BEGINNING at the intersection of the South boundary of Naples Manor Lakes
and the northeasterly right-of-way line of U. S. 41 (Tamiami Trail), run
N 39 31'30" W, along said right-of-way line, for 19.43 feet; thence run
N 89057' 30" E, along the south line of Lots 1 and 2, Block Nine, said
Naples Manor Lakes, for 185.82 feet; thence run S 39031 '30" E, parallel
with said northeasterly right-of-way line of U.S. 41 for 19.43 feet �o
. a point on the south boundary of Naples Manor Lakes; thence run S 89'57'
30" W, along said south boundary, for 185.82 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING;

_ - ( A ten foot utility easement which is described as follows:
The southerly ten feet of Lot 1, Block Nine, NAPLES MANOR LAKES as '

t BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk is hereby directed to record this
Resolution in the Public Records of Collier County and to make correction on said
1 pl.it hereby vacated.
Commissioner Wenzel offered the foregoing Resolution and moved
its adoption, seconded by Commissioner Archer and upon roll call
the vote was:
AYE: Commissioners Wenzel, Archer, Pistor, !timer and Brawn
NAY: one
