WHEREAS, the Legislature of the State of Florida in C.' pter 125 and 163, Florida Statutes, has conferred on all c- nties in Florida the power to establish, coordinate and e- orce zoning and such business regulations as are necessary f-, the protection of the public; and WHEREAS, the County pursuant thereto has adopted a C prehensive Zoning Ordinance establishing regulations for •e zoning of particular geographic divisions of the County, - .ng which is the granting of provisional uses; and WHEREAS, the Coastal Area Planning Commission, being the d• y appointed and constituted planning hoard for the area h reby affected, has held a public hearing after notice as in s id regulations made and provided, and has considered the ad- v •sability of Provisional Use 5 in a „E" zone for e property hereinafter described, and has found as a matter o ; fact that satisfactory provision and arrangement has been de concerning all applicable matters required by said regula- ons and in accordance with Section 14-1D of the Zoning Regu- 1 tions for the Coastal Area Planning District; and WHEREAS, all interested .parties have been given opportunity t• be heard by this Board in public meeting assembled and t.e Board having considered all matters presented.
