LET IT BE REMEMBERED, that the Board of County Commissioners in
and for the County of Collier, and also acting as the Board of Zoning
Appeals and as the governing board(s) of such special districts as
have been created according to law and having conducted business
herein, met in EMERGENCY SESSION on August 2S, 1992, at 12:00 Noon,
2:30 P.M. and 5:30 P.M., and August 24, 1992, at 8:00 A.M. and 4:30
P.M., in Building "F" of the Government Complex, East Naples, Florida,
with the following members present:

The meetings noted above were held regarding Hurricane Andrew.
All pertinent information and press releases are attached and made
part of the record.
At the 12:00 Noon Meeting on August 93, 1992, Resolution 92-444,
enabling the Board of County Commissioners to declare a local State of
Emergency, was adopted upon motion made by Commissioner Volpe,
seconded by Commissioner Shanahan and carried unanimously.
