AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE DUMPING OF
TRASH, REFUSE, OR RUBBISH EXCEPT IN
SPECIFIED PLACES$ PROVIDING EXCEPTIONS
TO AREAS WITHIN MUNICIPALITIES; PROVID-
ING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER
COUNTY, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. It is unlawful for any person to dump or cause
~o be dumped or place or cause to be placed any refuse or rub-
bish or trash of any kind whatsoever u~on any public place in
Collier County except a= dump si=es commonly used for such pur-
poses and'provided and approved by Se Board of County Commission-
ers of said County.
SECTION 2. It is unlawful for any person to dump or cause
to be dumped or place or cause =o be placed any refuse or rub-
bish or trash of an7 kind whatsoever upon any private place the
property of another in Collier County wi=hour the consent of the
owner of such property firs= obtained in writing.
SECTION 3. The provisions of this ordinance shall not apply
within the boundaries of any mun$cipali=y in said county.
SECTION &. This ordinance shall become effective as pro-
vided by law. ~
