AN ORDINANCE REPEALING CHAPTER

AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COI~f[SSIONERS OF
COLLIER COL~TY, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. Chapter 28545, Special Acts of 1953,
is hereby repealed.
SEC:ION 2. ~tis Ordinance shall take effect
upon receipt by the Board of County Commissioners of
Collier County of official acknowledgment from the office
of the Secretary of State that it has been filed.
