AMENDING COLLIER COUNTY ORDINANCE 71-7,
SPECIFICALLY SECTION 1 THEREOF, TO
EXPAND THE BOUNDARIES OF THE IMMOKALEE
LIGHTING AND BEAUTIFICATION DISTRICT TO
COINCIDE WITH THE BOUNDARIES OF THE
IMMOKALEE FIRE CONTROL DISTRICT; PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONER~ OF'COLLIER
COUNTY, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section I of Collier County Ordinanco 71-7,
creating the Immokalee Lighting and Beautification District, is
hereby amended to read as follows:
Soction 1. All that area of land located in
Collier County, Florida, described as: The South
1/2 df the South 1/2 of Section 29I South 1/2 of
the Southeast 1/4 of Section 30; the Northeast 1/4
of Section 31; all of Section 321 all of Section 331
the SouthweSt 1/4 of Section 34; and the South 1/2
of the Southwest 1/4 of..'Section 28; all in .'Township
The Southeast 1/4 of Section 3; th "~ --~
West 1/2 of Section 31 all of Section 41 the Nort . ~

all in Township 47 South, Range 29 East,
is hereby created and established as a lighting district known .
as the Immokalee Lighting and Beautification District, herein-
after called "The District". The purpose of this Ordinance is
to make the boundaries of the Immokalee Lighting and Beautifi-
cation District coincide with the boundaries of the Immokalee
Fire Control District.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect upon receipt
by the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida,
of official acknowledgment from the Office of the Secretary of
State that it has been filed.
