METHOD OF QUALIFYING TO RUN FOR ELECTION
TO THE ISLES OF CAPRI MOSQUITO CONTROL
DISTRICTt PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER
COUNTY, FLORIDA~
Section 1. Chapter 63-1242, Special Laws of Florida,
is amended by adding Section 14 thereto as followsl
Section 14, From and after the effective date of
this"Ordinance, candidates for election to the Isles of Capri
Mosquito Control District, as established in this Act, shall
qualify to run for said office with the Clerk of the Circuit
Court of Collier County at the same time as may be now or
hereafter provided by general law, and in the same manner as
candidates for other County offices in general, anything to the
contrary herein notwithstanding.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall become effective at
the time provided by law.
