COUNTY, FLORIDA BE ESTABLISHED AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION ONE: Adoption of tho southern Standard Mochanic~l Code..
The Southern St~nd~rd Mechanic~l Code, 1973 Edition, 111~
Brow~-M~l-x Buildin~, BiFm[n~h~m, A'lyb~m~ ~5~03, ~ copy of which
is.~ttached hereto ~nd m~de ~ part hereof, as amended herein
bo and Is hereby adopted 2s tho "Collier Co%~nty Mec~%~nical
Code'.' to promote and preserve the public h~alth, s~fety, comfoFt,
order', ~ppearance, convenience, morals, and ~enoral %volfyro of
the citizens and l'esidents of, 2nd visitors to Collier County,
Florida. A copy of this Southemn Standard Mechanical Code, shyll
be maintained on file'in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit
Court. .
SECTION TWO: Peua 1 ,tlr,.
A violation 0f'any provision of this 0rdinanco is n mis-
demoauor a,%¢! shall be prosecuted in the ,lame of' thc State i~] th9
Couuty Court by the Prosecutiug Attorney, mad upon conviction
shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $600.00, or by imprison-
.meat in the County Ja~ not to exceed ~0 days, or by both such
fine and imprisonment~ Each violation and each da.y a violation
continues.shall constitute a separate ~ffe~se. ;Th~ Board of '.
County Commissiouers shall h~vo the po?~r to collaterally enforce ¢~,.,~.'
the' provisi6ns of this O~'dinanco by appropriate Judicial Writ oM
px~oceeding u°twithstanding any prosecution as a misdgmeanor.
SECTION ~REE: Conflict.
Shoul~ any provision of the Southern Standard'Me~hanical
Code, as adopted, co,~flict.with an amendment made hereby,[ OM'
should.either conflict ~ith other Ordinances, Codes or Law,
tho more restrictive shall apply. If nny portion of this
Ordinance or. Code is, deciared,unconstitutional, or held in-
valid in application, the validity of the remaining portions
a~'applicability th other persons and circumstances shall not
be affected thereby.
SECTION FOI~I': Public llearin~ and Notice,
The Board I~ereby calls a p~blic hearing to be held
, ..,.1973, The Clerk shall cause a notice
of tl~is hearing and the title Of this Ordinance to 'be posted
