RESOLUTION NO. 2011 - 180
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, APPOINTING MEMBERS AND
ALTERNATE MEMBERS TO THE 2011 VALUE ADJUSTMENT BOARD.
WHEREAS, Section 194.015, Florida Statutes, created a Value Adjustment Board for each
county; and
WHEREAS, Section 194.015, Florida Statutes, provides that this Board of County
Commissioners shall appoint two of its members and one citizen member to the Value
Adjustment Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
1. County Commissioners Tom Henning and Jim Coletta are hereby appointed to the 2011
Value Adjustment Board. Chairman Fred Coyle and County Commissioners Donna Fiala
and Georgia Hiller shall serve as alternate members.
2. Pursuant to Collier County Resolution 2011-158, dated September 13,2011, Darlene M.
Allia shall serve as the citizen member of the Value Adjustment Board
THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED after motion, second and majority vote on this the 27th
day of September, 2011.
