NO. 74-42 REDUCING TItE DEPTH OF REQUIRED SIDE
YARDS IN RS-3 I~SIDENTIAL SINGL~-FAMILY DISTRICTS
FROM FIFTEEN (15) FEET TO T~ (10} FEET FOR TWO
STORY BUILDINGS AND TO SEVEN ~D ONE HALF (7-1/1)
FEET FOR SINGLE STORY BUILDINGS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
CO%.LIER COUNTY, FLORIDA that Ordinance No. 74-42 enacted
October 14, 1974 be revised by amending Section 21, Paragraph
C, Subparagraph (3)(b). RS-3 Residential Single-Family District
to read as follows:
"(b) Depth 'of Side Yardt
Single Story - 7-1/2 feet
Two Story - 10 feet"
BE IT DECLARED that an emergency exists and the immediate
enactment of' this Ordinance is necessary, therefore, notice
requirements are waived and this Ordinance shall take effec=
immed~.ately upon its placement in the United States mail to
the Secretary of State.
PASSED AND DULY ADORTED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Collier County, Florida, this 10th day of December, 1974.
