AN ORDINANCE AMENDING COLLIER COUNTY
ORDINANCE NO. 74-12 BY CHANGING THE
ZONING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION OF
THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED BELOW FROM
P[F-1 to MF-1-GH AND PROVIDING ~N
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Joan D. Conro¥
owner(s) of the property hereinafter described, petitioned the
Board of County Commissioners of Collier County to change the
zoning classification of the real property hereinafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COU[:?Y FLORIDA:
SECTION ONE:
1. The zoning classification of the hereinbelow described real
property in Collier County, Florida is changed from MF-1 to MF-1-GH
and the Official Zoning Atlas described as Exhibit A of Ordinance
No. 74-12 is hereby amended accordingly.
The South 1/2 of Lot 1, Naples
Grove and Truck Company Little
Farms #2.
SECTION TWO:
Conflict, Severance, Construction and Penalty.
In the event this Ordinance conflicts with other applicable
law, the more restrictive shall apply.~If any part of this Ordinance
conflicts with any part, it shall be severed and the remainder shall
have full force and effect and be liberally construed.
If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or
portion of this Ordinance is, for any reason held invalid or
unconstitutional by any cqurt of competent jurisdiction, such
portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent
provision and such holding shall not affect the validity of the
r~maining portion thereof.
The provisions of this Ordinance shall be deemed an exercise
of the police power of Collier County for the protection of the
public health, safety and welfare and therefore shall be liberally
construed to accomplish that purpose and implement the legislative
intent and declaration.
If such a violation is continuing, each day's violation or
separate act shall be a separate offense.
SECTION THREE:
Effective Date.
This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of
notice that it is filed with the Secretary of s~ate.
