WHEREAS, The Collier Development CorpOration
Owner(s) of the property hereinafter d~scribed, petitioned the Board of
County Commissioners of Collier County to change th.e z~oning classification
of the real property hereinaftek described.
NOW, ~IEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
COLLIER couNTY, FLORIDA:
Section One:~
1. Tl~e zoning classification of the hereinbelow described real
property in Collier County, Florida is changed from "I-A-2" to "I-I"
and the ~fficial Zoning Atlas described as Exhibit ~ of Ordinance No.
74-14 is hereby amended accordingly.
That portion 6f the SE1/4 of Section 3, Township 47 South, Range 29
East, lying South of State Road 846 and North and East of State Road
29, excepting however, the westerly portion of said tract already
zoned "I-C-3".
Section Two: ,
Effective Date. 'This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of
notice that it i~ filed with the Secretary of State.
