AN ORDINANCE ASSESSII;G ~; ADDITIONAL ONE DOLLAR
($1.00) SERVICE CHARGE AGAINST ANY PARTY INSTI-
TUTING ANY CIVIL ACTION, SUIT OR PROCEEDING
FILED WITH THE CLERK OF ANY COURT IN COLLIER
COUNTY; PROVIDING THAT SUCH COURT COSTS COLLEC-
TED SHALL BE DEPOSITED IN THE COUNTY TREASURY
TO THE CREDIT OF TEE OFFICIAL COURT REPORTER TO
PAY FOR SERVICES RENDERED THE COURTS IN COLLIER
COUNTY; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER
COUNTY, FLORIDA:
SECTION ONE:
1. A service charge of one dollar ($1.00) shall be
assessed as court costs against every party instituting 'any
civil action, suit or proceeding in the Circuit or county court
in Collier County, Florida. . .
2. Ail funds so collected shall be deposited in the
Collier County Treasury as a fund from which to pay for budgeted
services rendered to the courts in Collier County, Florida by the
Collier County Official Court Reporters' Office.
SECTION TWO: Effective Date.
This Ordinance shall become effective upon becoming law.
